Pre order one of our smoked HALF briskets to take the hard work out of Christmas Day.
Our Ramblers brisket is dry rubbed and cooked low and slow in our smoker pit.
The result is a juicy, tender melt in your mouth brisket that pairs beautifully with a range of sides.
No prep required. Simply pop the brisket in a preheated oven on Christmas morning, then slice and serve.
Instructions on heating the brisket to serve will be provided.
Serves approximately 10 people depending on how it is sliced and served.

Collection is between 22/12/25-24/12/25 from our food truck in Hurstbridge.
We’ll be in touch to arrange this with you and provide the address for collection.
